Dividend distribution is implemented pursuant to provisions in the Articles of Association and other prevailing Law. The dividend payment shall be approved by the Shareholders in Annual GMS according to recommendations submitted by the Board of Directors.

Referring to Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Company and Articles of Association, the dividend shall only be paid if the Company booked positive retained earnings by considering authority of the Annual General Meetings of Shareholders (AGMS) according to recommendations submitted by the Board of Directors.
