Articles of Association is set of fundamental principle and implementation of functions in the Company as well as treated as the constitution in accordance with good corporate governance practice. The Articles of Association governs interaction of all corporate structure and operational mechanism according to prevailing law.

The Articles of Association has been amended several times. The latest amendment adjusts with regulation from Financial Service Authority based on Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders Resolution on July 30, 2015.
