Since 2018 serving as an Independent Comissioner in 3 Public listed companies; PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, Tbk (Feedmill & Chicken), PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas, Tbk (Container Shipping) and PT Graha Prima Mentari, Tbk (Coca-Cola Distributor).
Also, as Non-Executive Director in 3 Joint ventures companies based in Japan (Aircondition Distributor), Malaysia (Aircondition Manufacturer) and The Netherlands (Chemical Distributor) responsible for Managing stakeholder & management transition
Between 1983-2018, he worked as Cosultant in Hadori Public Accountant then holding senior position & Board member in several family owned Conglomerates: Hong Leong, Bakrie, Humpuss, Gajah Tunggal, Djajanti and Iradat Puri Group. Mainly restructure, transform and develop companies.
He holds Bachelor degree in Management, MBA in Corporate Strategy, and L.LM & Master in Law, also PhD for Dispute Settlement in International Trade & Business Law. Educated in Erasmus University Rotterdam, Sloan School MIT - Boston, Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Pelita Harapan and Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia.
Currently President of INSA Foundation (Indonesian National Shipowner's Association), Advisory Board Member of AEI (Indonesian Public Listed Company Association), and the Vice Chairman of KADIN (Chamber of Commerce) for The Netherlands Bilateral Committee.
